Elite Avenue is popular among those who work in Bayan Lepas/Bayan Baru area. It has so many shops offering delicious and attractive-looking menu. However, not all restaurants are offering affordable lunch menu under RM10 per pax. If you are within a budget limit and looking for a quick lunch, one of the options is at Break n Eat Cafe.

The rice was nicely combined with the tomyam paste and the spiciness level of this dish was reasonable.
