Weird Sign in Apartment

Below are some weird stuff that I found in some apartment.

1) No bike in the apartment? 
The management of the apartment do not allow the resident here to own bike. You either have to drive a car or else you need to walk.

2) Windows open at lower part
Do you dare to let your kids play around in this apartment? Do you think this place is safety enough?

  1. If I’m not wrong, this should be in gurney tower, right?
    This building is not famous of its window.. but their extremely fantastic slow lift!
