The lavish spread of the buffet dinner line menu has the finesse expect of the culinary team. From the salad bar, appetizer choices of smoked white fish with citrus, cheese selections like blue cheese, dessert heaven, Japanese section, carving base, barbecue to the live
action stations all work together harmoniously to give diners a satisfying stomach that leaves everyone wanting more.
Start off by nibbling on the choice of fresh salads by mixing and matching from a variety of selections including scallops with arugula, smoked salmon with quinoa and avocado, and prawn Hawaiian salad. Diners can then make their way to enjoy the full sweet flesh of the perfectly poached crabs, poached prawns and oysters that is showcased on a bed of glistening ice, retaining its freshness all night long.
Have a bowl of flavourful Italian-American seafood cioppino – a mixture of a variety of fresh seafoods like squids and mussels cooked in a tomato-based stew with crackers which the kids will also love. Diner can also opt for a warm bowl of soup of crabmeat seafood that uses freshoff- the-boat crab meat with some freshly baked bread like sourdough or French loafs. Japanese and Korean aficionados will enjoy the varieties of dishes like fresh octopus, tuna and salmon sashimi, and spicy kimchi with a hot bowl of Miso soup.
