Not sure is this the version from Klang.. coz every BKT also claim having secret recipe from Klang… haha

The dry version which I see are a bit similar..like those Kong Po style wif dried chilli, lady finger and dried sotong cook wif black thick soya sauce…

My Best preferred BKT is still from Puchong Perdana… not the Klang 4 lansi brothers who has monopolize the BKT business.

I never had BKT. Your pics however are not really flattering for the dish. So question: is it very fatty? Oily?
Ok, will have to try it at our next visit. Just returned last month from Penang. Very sorry but was very busy and didn’t find time to give you a call for meeting. One day we’ll manage, Lah!
